Guangbo Group had staff speech contest of establishing confidence and being the model

On the afternoon of April 17, Guangbo Group had the staff speech contest with the theme of establishing confidence and being the model. 17 contestants from branches, each sub plant and each department attended this contest. Management of the branch, principals of each department and employees of each department, all together over 50 people watched this contest. During the contest, each contestant gave the exciting speech firmly with the theme of establishing confidence and being the model. With excited language, starting from the practice, each expressed himself freely on own position, put forward many feasible ideas. Their wonderful and excellent speech got loud applauds from judges and audience.

After fierce competition, the adjudication panel composed by the company’s mid-to-top-level representatives gave just and expedient judge, according to the contestants’ speech content, presentation skill, speech effect, out of script and overall impression these five parts. Finally, comrade Li Shaopin from quality department won the appraise of the audience and judges and first prize, with vivid and fluent language, graceful performance, and content of speech with its realistic meaning. Guo Ruirui from industry NO.2 branch and Liu Meijuan from paper products NO.2 branch won the second prize. Dai Xuejuan from paper products NO.4 branch, Sun Xiaoyan from paper products NO.5 branch, and Zhang Nan from human resource department gained the third prize.

The Group’s deputy secretary of the Party committee Zhu Guozhang made a speech. He asked all staff pass this contest, further clearly understand the situation, strengthen the confidence, deepen the understanding, enhance the sense of responsibility and mission. Start from own position, begin from the self, start from the minor matter, do well in each job with the sense of ownership, play an active role, everyone must participate, make full use of the resources, ensure the company’s sustained, rapid and sound development.

This speech contest not only provided a stage for vast employees to show themselves and build up their speaking skills. It further enhanced employees’ understanding and awareness of the enterprise, strengthened the initiative of the work, intensified corporate culture, let the consciousness of establishing confidence sink deep into the heart. It also provided lots of operable valuable suggestions for the work of being the model at the next stage and gained good effect.
